"Hostage situation" in Toa Payoh Interchange

On 23rd August 2004, 1 day after the discharge of the Thai National from hospital, has struck again. Using a Nokia phone as a weopon, he held hostage Passerby B, a p/t Bangla masseuer in Europe whom accidentally passed by Toa Payoh interchange. A public-spirited citizen, whom happened to sail by Toa Payoh interchange, wielded a Nokia 7610 and confronted the Thai National. He wanted the release of the p/t masseuer as he wanted to engage the noodle cooking services. The police authorities are now searching for the man in yellow, whom is suspected to be the mastermind of the entire "hostage situation". The hypothesis that the police gave was that the facial expression was too fake to passed off as a passer-by.
